1. The product

Neon is a Windows optimization app sold via license keys (14-day and lifetime plans). Every change Neon makes to your system is confirmed first, logged, and — except file cleanups marked permanent — reversible.

2. Licenses: one key, one PC, forever

Redeeming a key inside Neon permanently binds it to that computer. Keys cannot be shared, moved, resold, or redeemed again on another device. Make sure you are on the right PC before activating. In exceptional cases (dead hardware), support may assist at its sole discretion.

3. Payments

Payments are processed in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. Prices are shown in USD; the final crypto amount is set by the processor at payment time.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Neon to evade anti-cheat measures, redistribute a modified installer, or automate key purchase/redemption. Abuse (key sharing, payment fraud, attacks on the service) terminates the license without refund.

5. No performance guarantees

Performance gains depend on your hardware and configuration. Neon only shows numbers it measures on your machine; results vary and no specific FPS gain is guaranteed.

6. Limitation of liability

Neon is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for your license.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use means acceptance.
