Is it safe?

Yes. Every change is confirmed before it runs, logged, and reversible with one click; file cleanups are clearly marked as permanent. Neon never forces your hardware to its limit — only the game raises clocks when it needs them. Open the Advanced panel to see exactly what each option does.

Why does Windows show a warning when I install it?

The installer isn't code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen shows a “Windows protected your PC” notice. Click “More info” → “Run anyway”. Neon verifies every update's checksum before installing, so you always get the genuine file.

Does it actually make my PC faster?

It depends on your hardware. Neon only shows numbers it measures on your machine — no fake “RAM freed” headline. The biggest real wins are usually per-PC fixes (like enabling XMP/EXPO in your BIOS), which Neon detects and explains.

How do I pay?

In cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. Prices are shown in USD; the final crypto amount is set by the processor at payment time. There are 14-day and lifetime plans.

One key, one PC?

Yes. A key binds to the PC where you first activate it and can't be moved or shared. Make sure you're on the right PC before activating.

Refunds?

An unredeemed key can be refunded within 14 days. Once a key is activated on a PC, it can't be refunded.

Will it break my games or anti-cheat?

No. Neon protects the game you're boosting and its whole process family, never stops anti-cheat services, and keeps game launchers (Steam, Epic…) open by default.

Can I undo everything?

Yes. The boost receipt has a one-click “Restore” that puts every change back; Neon also restores automatically if needed.

¿Es seguro?

Sí. Cada cambio se confirma antes de aplicarse, queda registrado y es reversible con un clic; las limpiezas de archivos se marcan claramente como permanentes. Neon nunca fuerza tu hardware al máximo — solo el juego sube los clocks cuando los necesita. Abrí el panel Avanzado para ver exactamente qué hace cada opción.

¿Por qué Windows me muestra una advertencia al instalar?

El instalador todavía no está firmado digitalmente, así que Windows SmartScreen muestra el aviso “Windows protegió tu PC”. Hacé clic en “Más información” → “Ejecutar de todas formas”. Neon verifica el checksum de cada actualización antes de instalarla, así siempre recibís el archivo genuino.

¿De verdad hace más rápida mi PC?

Depende de tu hardware. Neon solo muestra números que mide en tu equipo — nada de un falso titular de “RAM liberada”. Las mejoras reales más grandes suelen ser ajustes propios de cada PC (como activar XMP/EXPO en la BIOS), que Neon detecta y te explica.

¿Cómo se paga?

En criptomonedas, a través de NOWPayments. Los precios están en USD; el monto final en cripto lo fija el procesador al momento del pago. Hay planes de 14 días y de por vida.

¿Una clave, una PC?

Sí. La clave se ata a la PC donde la activás por primera vez y no se puede mover ni compartir. Verificá que estás en la PC correcta antes de activar.

¿Reembolsos?

Una clave sin canjear se puede reembolsar dentro de los 14 días. Una vez activada en una PC, no se puede reembolsar.

¿Va a romper mis juegos o el anti-cheat?

No. Neon protege el juego que estás boosteando y toda su familia de procesos, nunca detiene servicios de anti-cheat, y deja los launchers (Steam, Epic…) abiertos por defecto.

¿Puedo deshacer todo?

Sí. El recibo del boost tiene un botón “Restaurar” que devuelve cada cambio a su estado original; Neon también restaura automáticamente si hace falta.
